Since we know many of you are joining our Escape from Sleeve Island SAL this summer, we thought you might want to brush up on your fancier cast-on skills. Here’s a quick tutorial for the Italian tubular cast-on for 1x1 rib – a cast on that creates a gorgeous edge with a wonderful stretch. You might find this in a pattern for the hem of a sweater vest, or you can replace a simple long tail cast on with this to have a more professional-looking edge. Happy stitching! #fssleeveisland26
