We’ve updated our Help Desk hours as we head into our busiest season! An integral part of our education program, as well as a service to our local fibre community, our Help Desk has been an important part of the shop since we opened in 2009.
At the Help Desk, we provide 10-15 minutes of free assistance to get you back on track with a project, pick up a dropped stitch, figure out a chart, or fix something else that has gone wrong. (Please be patient when visiting the Help Desk, as our yarnistas are also assisting other customers.)
If you require more time or dedicated assistance with your project, our Independent Study classes offer in-depth help from our experienced knit & crochet instructors (for just $30 per two-hour class period).
Our Help Desk is now open:
- Monday-Wednesday: 11 am – 5:30 pm
- Thursday: 11 am – 7 pm
- Friday-Saturday 11 am – 5:30 pm
- Sunday, 12:30-5:30 pm
