Just Landed: Malabrigo Torzal

Just in from Uruguay’s Malabrigo Yarn, meet brand new sport weight Torzal!

Joining Malabrigo’s line-up of kettle-dyed, machine-washable yarns, Torzal pairs the softness you expect from Malabrigo’s Uruguayan Merino wool with a unique two-ply marled construction that gives every skein beautiful depth and movement. No two skeins are exactly alike—even in the same colorway, Torzal’s twist creates subtle variations that make every project one of a kind, great for patterns where color takes center stage.

As the twisted plies travel around each other, they create gentle shifts of color and beautiful stitch definition that keep every row interesting. The 160-yard skeins let you complete small projects like hats, cowls, or mitts with a single skein. Stitch Torzal up by itself, or pair with semi-solid shades of Malabrigo Arroyo or other lighter weight yarns for a gorgeous accent!
