Join us in space through November 12th for the Woolfolk FW16 collection trunk show. We not only have all the patterns in this lovely collection, but also all the items themselves!
Mr. and Mrs. Claus are coming to space in plenty of time to make lovely Christmas cards! They will be here on Thursday, November 17th. You will have a specific 15-minute window, meaning less waiting time for you and your little ones! There are still slots left from 3:45 to 5pm and at 7:45 pm, but they will go very quickly!
Classes
Treat yourself to a new skill this fall with our Introduction to Knitting or Introduction to Crochet classes!
Learn all the essential blocking skills to make your projects shine to their fullest potential in Blocking 101. Learn different techniques for blocking and how to block a variety of patterns and shapes. Class is on Saturday, November 5th. $40.
Want to create cool jogless, spiraling stripes in the round but don’t know the best way to do it? Check out the Helix Knitting class on Saturday, November 5th. You’ll learn all you need to know about this cool technique while making a sweet baby blanket. $40.
The First Hat – Ribbed Beanie class is a great second course after completing the Intro to Knitting Course. This class begins on Sunday, November 6th and gives you the option of a beanie or slouch hat. $65.
The Entrelac Scarf – Purling Backwards course is a great intro to the technique of purling backwards (sure to speed up your knitting) all while learning the unique art of entrelac. This course begins on Monday, November 7th and you have the option of knitting a scarf or wrap. $65.
Learn how to make a whimsical spiral hat, Elizabeth Zimmerman style! You’ll work in a spiral up to the crown, giving this hat a sweet spiral just like ice cream. The Spiral Hat class begins on Wednesday, November 9th. $65.
Try your hand at lace in the Intro to Lace Shawl – Mitali class with designer Dee O’Keefe on Monday, November 14th. Since it’s knit out of worsted weight, you’ll be off to knitting your own beautiful lace shawl in no time. $50.
Learn the fundamentals of stranded colorwork along with basic color theory in the Colorwork Hat class while making a stylish hat for the entire family. Class begins on Tuesday, November 15th. $50.
