Our team is loving Jessie Maed’s So Summer Shirt pattern. It’s worked in the round from the bottom up, is size inclusive and is easy to modify for a longer torso, if cropped isn’t your jam. The pattern features turned hems and a relaxed fit neck. It would layer beautifully over a summer dress or top or can be worn on its own with shorts or jeans!

BC Garn Alba

Knitting for Olive Pure Silk

Pure Silk is an ethically sourced 100% silk yarn. Each ball is 275 yards and $13.50. It is available in store and online.

Gauge:
22 sts & 32 rows per 4×4 square in stockinette, flat & in the round, blocked

Suggested Needles:
US 5 – 3.75 mm circular needles (main body)
US 3 – 3.25 mm circular needles (optional, used for ribbed finishes only)

Materials:
fingering weight yarn, circular needles, stitch markers, scrap yarn or stitch holders, extra needle for 3-needle bind off, darning needle

Techniques:
