Back again! Biscotte Yarns Bis-sock

Back again! Biscotte Yarns Bis-sock

After a bit of a break, we were so excited to be able to get more of this amazing sock yarn from Biscotte Yarns in Quebec. Their new sock is Bis-sock. It is an 85% superwash Merino Wool and 15% nylon blend in durable fingering weight. Each skein is 435 yards.  Just perfect for sock knitting!

We have a ton of amazing fun colorways in stock right now.

If you’re in love with these colorways, but looking for something a little bit more interesting than simple stockinette or rib stitch socks, Ravelry has some amazing options for you. Jaywalkers are a classic for self-striping yarns, and are always a great option. I’m personally fascinated by the Stitch Surfer pattern from the Knitty’s Deep Fall issue in 2012. Pair a self striping with a fantastic solid or monochromatic hand dye, and you have some crazy unique socks. I also have my eye on the Wraptor pattern, since I am always looking for fun, new ways to make socks (and hats, and basically everything else).
