Greetings from space! Here’s what’s been happening around the shop!
New Arrivals
We unpacked two big boxes of Miss Babs Yowza and Yummy 2 ply yesterday. This batch included over 40 colorways of Yowza, with a mix of variegated and semisolids and over 20 colorways of Yummy 2 ply. Come in and check out the latest batch!
Yesterday also marked the launch of the Fringe Supply Co. Field Bag. We were lucky to be one of the five retail shops stocking these bags. We still have several on hand. Stop by or give us a call at the shop to get yours.
Two great new magazines came in this week. Pompom Quarterly’s Autumn 2015 installment landed as did knit.purl Fall/Winter 2015.
We also shelved a massive refresh of Neighborhood Fiber Co. Loft. This lace weight blend of silk and mohair creates delicate accessories on its own or adds interest to any manner of projects. Check out Faded Lines, a free pattern on our blog, to get inspired by different ways to use this yarn.
Events
We’ve got a host of great events coming up. Over the next few weeks, we’re looking forward to Cooperative Press Trunk Show with Shannon Okey on September 2, the annual Miss Babs Trunk Show on the 12th and 13th, and Sequence Knitting workshops on the 17th and 18th. Check out our calendar for a full listing of events!
