A Quick Gift Idea from the Fiberists!

A Quick Gift Idea from the Fiberists!

(Reli)ef Bear by Suzy Allen

We all have someone on our gift list that could use a cute, plush bear, right? (Reli)ef Bear is the perfect holiday project, as it’s designed to be knit on big needles in Audubon Bulky from local artists, The Fiberists, so you can knock it out in no time!

An even better reason is that the pattern designer, Suzy Allen, is donating all proceeds earned from the pattern sales to World Vision to help support  Hurricane Sandy Relief. If you don’t have anyone to knit this adorable bear for, but still want to help out, you can make one and drop it off at the shop between now and President’s day weekend, and we will make sure it gets to a little boy or girl who lost most of their toys during the storm. You can also contact the designer through Ravelry, and she can give you an address to mail bears to.
