Toft Animal Crochet Kit-Caspar the Peary Caribou
First seen as a festive instalment for Ed’s Animals Club in 2017, Caspar the Peary Caribou proudly takes his place in the menagerie. His magnificent antlers and fluffy chest give beginner crocheters an opportunity to level up their skills using new techniques like ‘loop stitch’ and ‘branching’. Did you know that a peary caribou is able to outrun an arctic wolf, and this curious creature is also a very good swimmer!
THIS COMPLETE KIT CONTAINS:
- 75g of TOFT’s luxury wool DK yarn in Cream
- a printed postcard pattern
- toy stuffing
- TOFT branded 3mm crochet hook
- wool needle for sewing up
- a small black thread to sew on the eyes and any other facial features.
MEASUREMENTS: When finished your Peary Caribou will be approximately 31cm tall from feet to top of antlers.
SKILL LEVEL: This kit is more suitable for those with some crochet experience.
IT WILL TAKE: Approximately 5-10 hours crochet time.
