De Rerum Natura Antigone
Antigone is 100% organic linen, the first plant-based offering from de rerum natura. This special yarn is made from flax grown in Normandy by the Terre de lin cooperative as part of a project to return to ancient cultivation practices aimed at preserving the soil and producing high-quality fibres without chemical inputs. These long fibres are wet-spun in Lithuania with great care to create a regular, soft, and naturally shiny yarn. The yarn is then twisted and dyed in France in the Creuse region.
Antigone has been named after "the one who says no" to the plays of Jean Anouilh.
