Sweater Independent Study

Ready to dive into a big Sweater Adventure? Looking to explore more complex patterns? Need help getting an existing sweater project across the finish line? This group class will allow students to bring in the sweater project of their choice, whether it’s a new cast on or something languishing in the WIP pile. Work through questions or tricky sections with an instructor’s guidance and your fellow knitters’ encouragement.

Skills needed:

    • Basic knit skills are required. This class is not for total beginners, first sweaters, or students under the age of 16.

    Materials:

    • Pattern submitted to the instructor prior to class
    • Yarn in the quantity needed for your project (a yarnista can help you choose)
    • Knitting needles appropriate for the project/yarn
    • Stitch markers: for crochet, locking stitch markers only
    • Scissors/snips, tapestry needle

**Note this class occurs before the shop is open, please arrange to purchase any necessary supplies before class**
