Stop by this month to see project inspiration in super chunky yarn! We are hosting a trunk show of designs in Mrs. Moon Plump, a superchunky yarn of Merino and Alpaca. Six years ago, I brought this yarn line into the shop after being drawn into their colorful booth at our trade show. The owners were absolutely lovely! Their yarns are made of the highest quality, ethically sourced, superfine Merino and Baby Alpaca. Their colorways have the most British of names, and we have 23 of them! The yarn is single ply, with little twist, but it’s important to note that during the spinning process the fibres are slightly felted, which helps prevent the yarn splitting when working with it.
The patterns are all free with yarn purchase, so be sure to let us know what pattern you want to make. If ordering online, you can let us know which pattern you need in the notes section at checkout.
