Payment is due upon time of registration. Class fee is not refundable unless cancellation is made prior to 72 hours of class start time. To transfer or cancel your registration, you must contact the shop before 72 hours from the start time. Classes with fewer than three students may be canceled or rescheduled for insufficient registration. Please be sure to check the prerequisites for each class.

Unless otherwise indicated, our classes are for adults only. Your registration is valid for the dates listed in the description and may not be transferred to other class dates.

Our classroom spaces are on the second floor of our two-story historic building.
If you cannot climb a flight of stairs, please contact the shop when registering for a class or event so that accommodations can be made.

In store purchases:

Full refund within 30 days ONLY on full priced yarn in original (unwound) condition with receipt.

Webstore purchases:

Returns for store credit only within 30 days ONLY on full priced yarn in original (unwound) condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Shipping fees are not refunded. Sorry, no full refunds on webstore purchases.
