As you may know, our team at the shop has undergone some big changes this spring and summer. I am excited to announce my new management team: Darian and Linda!
I am so grateful to Alex for helping to onboard our new managers before she left. Darian has been with us for many years and has grown tremendously in her role at the shop. Darian can recite the entire color range for most of our yarns, and has been a key part of our inventory management for quite some time. She is our resident cotton expert and novelty yarn lover, always lending a hand to help everyone find the best yarns for their projects! I am so delighted for her to take on this new role as a manager.
Linda joined us a short time ago but quickly showed her management skills (and also her desire to deal with the tech support for our point-of-sale software). With a background in bar management, she has some, let’s say, unique experiences that have proven to be very relevant to our work here at the shop. Linda helps keep us all organized, has put new systems in place, and her sense of humor keeps everyone laughing. I’m so excited to have her join my management team. I say “my” because they are both keeping me on track and organized in an amazing way!
