In honor of earth day, I am finally getting the Earth Day Entrelac retreat photos on the blog and flickr and Facebook! There was much knitting and noshing. And while I took absolutely not a single photo of the food, anyone who attended can tell you just how amazing Granville Moore’s is. They served up buffalo brisket sandwiches, buffalo sliders, three different types of mussles, a pork belly slider (oh my gosh I friggin love pork belly), asparagus salad, frites with five different dipping sauces and veggie burgers. It was so amazing. We will definitely be going back. I am also pondering another trip to the Mansion on O Street…its been a year. I think it is time we head back.

I did get some shots of the fabulous Belgium beers. They were kind enough to let us taste test a few before deciding up what we each wanted to drink. Oh, and there was a knitting project. Almost forgot! Check out all the photos on Flickr.
