Edited at 5pm on Saturday: We’re going to call it a day and go home! The snow has been exciting but we know you’re probably not wanting to go anywhere. We’ll be at home making cookies and trying to finish those last holiday projects.
Not only are we open, but the FedEx guy dropped off a pretty exciting package last night – the newest colors and patterns from Spud and Chloe! We might be one of the first in the country to have these colors…they shipped last week to all of their stores but many haven’t even ordered them yet. Come on out and see the gorgeous colors and the awesome patterns. We stayed late last night to get them out and ready for you today.
It is warm and cozy here at the shop so come on by and get a cup of hot tea and work on your holiday gifts. Our neighbors are opening too, so there is plenty of shopping to be done here in Old Town!
Some things to keep in mind if you should venture out:
The Trolley is not running today. The walk from King Street Metro isn’t too bad but wear high boots.
You can not park on King Street because we are in a snow emergency however you can park on North Fayette and there are lots of spaces!
