This year is the 100 year anniversary of the Masonic Temple. Unfortunately this week, only two weeks from the parade, the organizers moved the parade route for the annual President’s Day parade. It now runs through our end of Old Town and road closures include two of the three streets around us. Our staff are now unable to reach the shop and even reach their parking lot. As a result, we have to be closed on this day.
We love hosting you all on federal holidays for stitch in space in our lounge, and these days have become some of our largest sales days each year. It is a huge cost to us to have to close on this day, but logistically we do not think customers or staff will be able to reach us. We hope that you will come see us on the weekend for all of your holiday stitching needs.
