Must Make Monday: Growing Leaves Sweater

Must Make Monday: Growing Leaves Sweater

With the hot weather here and the air conditioning pumping, we are ready for fall sweater making! The focus of fall yarns has fallen upon us (no pun intended), including our new yarns from Peru –  Kinua! The softness of Kinua’s Luxury Blend fingering weight yarn is a joy to stitch with.  The Growing Leaves Sweater pattern–designed especially for Kinua’s Luxury Blend fingering weight–features a touch of lace perfect for the start of sweater season.

About this Design

This circular yoke sweater uses lace to make a beautiful leaf motif. Knit top down starting with twisted rib and short rows, this sweater is a fun project if you want to grow your knitting knowledge and get into the beauty of lace. Kinua Luxury Blend fingering weight will make this sweater lofty and still keep enough stitch definition so your lace stays defined.
