Today’s Laxton’s yarn reveal is the cozy aran weight yarn of our dreams! Laxton’s SheepSoft Aran is a newer yarn from Laxton’s that we’re so excited to share with you. Laxton’s sought to make a true aran weight with this yarn.  This yarn will quickly become a favorite for crafting garments, accessories, and home goods. Available in a concise palette of 100% natural shades for timeless projects, made to last.

Laxton’s signature SheepSoft Wool blends two breed-specific wools for the perfect mix: the exquisite softness of Bluefaced Leicester Wool and the durability of Masham Wool. SheepSoft Wool is the result of Laxton’s dedication to animal welfare, fair pay, and traceable, sustainable practices. Laxtons shrunk SheepSoft Wool carbon footprint so much, the yarn goes from fleece to finished yarn in less than 50 miles!
