Must Make Monday: Rosenlund Top

Must Make Monday: Rosenlund Top

Sometimes it feels like as soon as the weather gets heavy with humidity and the summer heat begins to descend, we’re going to have to put away our handknits until fall. The Rosenlund Top by Sari Norlund puts that fear to rest – not only is this sleeveless top designed to be knit in cotton, but it contains a mixture of patterned texture, cables, and lace that delights. This combination gives Rosenlund the look of a more traditional sweater, but the cotton base lends the design a more relaxed silhouette. It will pair perfectly with Berroco’s Pima Soft – the perfect cotton yarn for summer staples. Pima Cotton is a cotton variant with extra-long staples, which gives the fibre its signature softness and shine. The soft pima cotton will make this top an instant classic – a sweater you’ll reach for again and again.
