Must Make Monday: Cinema Sweater

Must Make Monday: Cinema Sweater

Sometimes, we just need something basic, simple to knit and simple to wear. Enter – the Cinema Sweater by Veronica Lindberg. This stockinette stitch sweater is the perfect project to make your own yarn! (Be sure to check out our recent article on this). Knit in DK weight (made by holding two strands of light fingering weight together or by holding a strand of mohair with fingering), this oversized sweater is knit top down on US 7s, creating a supple but snug knit. The resulting fabric is both light and cozy, and endlessly chic. Choose a bright color for a statement knit, or a beloved neutral for a wardrobe staple. We promise that the resulting sweater will be one you reach for and wear again and again.
