Must Make Monday: Saar Vest

Must Make Monday: Saar Vest

Who doesn’t love a sweater that won’t leave you on “sleeve island?” Vests can make an outfit look complete, while being quick to knit. AND they are very on trend this fall season! Whether you’re pairing it with your favorite white t-shirt or wearing it by itself, a vest is never a bad option for your wardrobe:

Our Must Make Monday feature this week is the Saar Vest by Aleks Byrd.  The Saar vest is a gorgeous fair isle vest that features Estonian Kihnu vits knitted braids as well as colourwork. New techniques can be scary, but if you want to learn both the Kihnu Braiding and Steeking with Aleks herself, come check out our workshop this weekend that teaches you just what you need to make this beautiful vest!
