Must Make Monday: Nouri

Must Make Monday: Nouri

A modern update to the classic v-neck pullover – Carol Feller’s Nouri has been on my “to knit” list since it debuted in PomPom Mag in 2016.  It’s the perfect sweater for our mid-Atlantic humidity, and knit in Kestrel (aran-weight linen), Nouri could easily become a three-season sweater. And now that Kestrel has landed in space, it’s moved straight up my queue. Nouri’s unique construction creates a near-seamless appearance. A soft silhouette with the sleeves integrated directly to the body and the asymmetrical geometric lace detailing at the hem gives the sweater a modern vibe. The wide v-neck could layer as easily over a button-down with slacks as it could pair with a tank and shorts for an evening waterfront stroll on a warm summer night. How will you style this must-make wardrobe staple?
