Just Landed: Pascuali Re-Jeans!

Just Landed: Pascuali Re-Jeans!

We are absolutely delighted to welcome Pascuali Re-Jeans to our spring yarn line up!  Made from 95% cotton, Re-Jeans is unique because it is not just a cotton yarn. Re-jeans is made from recycled denim cotton, with its fibers coming from remnants of jeans fabric from the fashion industry in Italy. These remnants are dissolved and washed down to the individual fibres and are then re-blended and spun into yarn in Portugal. The recycling process gives the yarn a beautifully rustic and appealing structure. Its recycled cotton gives re-jeans an extremely soft hand, making it ideal for people with sensitive skin for whom wool is too prickly. It’s also machine washable! Re-Jeans is easy and comfortable to work with because the thread does not split, as is often the case with “simple” cotton, making it ideal for knitting or crocheting.
