Manos del Uruguay launched two new yarns this season, and we are so excited to have them both! Meet Sami and Marla, one semi-solid and one marled.  These DK weight yarns are designed to complement each other. Used separately or together, they’re sure to create colorful and inspired handmades for this upcoming fall.

Manos del Uruguay is one of our absolute favorite purveyors of yarn, with a unique mission to improve the lives of the Uruguay’s rural population of women through handcrafts. Every hank of yarn has a tag with the artisan signature and the name of the village where the cooperative is located reminding that behind each handmade item, there is a woman, a story.
