Our first tasting this spring will explore our new warm-weather yarn arrivals. We have so many new yarns arriving daily! Think lighter wool blends for breezy days or chilly nights, plant fibres for more humid days ahead, and glimmer and sparkle threads for adding a little bling to your spring projects!
During this event, you will have the chance to stitch with each of our featured yarns, browse pattern ideas, and sip some incredible coffee from our friends at @mudhousecoffeeroasters. Then, once you’ve tried the yarns and found your favorites, you can shop featured yarns for 15% off during the event!

Have you stitched yourself a hood in 2026? It seems like we are all making hoods this year! Linda’s just finished her Hakuba Hood by Yoko Johnston in Woolfolk for #FOFriday. Tag us in your FO’s and use #fibrespaceFO to enter to win our monthly giveaway!
This week`s class schedule is bursting with ways to level up your skills! If you can knit and purl, go beyond the basics with skills like lace knitting, hats, granny squares, and cable knitting. Check out our first garment clinic, if you want to make your first clothing item with the support of our instructors. Take cute to the next level in our amigurumi clinic or get specialized expertise in an independent study!

Spring and summer stitching is all about lightweight fibres and vibrant colors—it’s no wonder we’re in love with Japanese yarnmaker Noro‘s amazing lineup of cotton and silk-based yarns! (Much like the DMV, Japan can be extremely hot and humid during the summer, so breathable fibres are key.) These ""dinosaur egg"" balls are 459 yards, perfect for large projects!
Named for a traditional children’s game played with coin-shaped pieces of sea glass, Ohajiki‘s cheerful, self-striping colorways are inspired by how colorful glass pieces look when light shines through them, reminiscent of the simple pleasures of childhood.
