This incredible blend of Merino and Linen will become your go-to for year-round knits. This week we’ve been welcoming Garthenor to the shop. Danielle has picked out some patterns that she loves for Garthenor Number 2:
“For those looking to show off the depth of color in the natural shades of wool of this yarn, these two accessory patterns by Ysolda Teague are my go-to. For those who need color in their life, may I suggest pairing one of these natural shades with Spincycle Dyed in the Wool for a vest like Pressed Flowers by Amy Christoffers. I also love Moonbumps by Maxim Cyr for a bit of subtle color variation while the neutral main color allows it to be a versatile accessory that coordinates with lots of outfits. For our crocheters, take a look at the Apple Blossoms Gloves by Vytene Laucyte that you could stitch in 2 shades of Number 2 for a neutral look or pair Number 2 with some color in Wooldreamers 90 Varas or Spincycle.
