The Pantone color of the year is Classic Blue, so this week we are featuring a classic blue from one of our most popular yarn companies – de rerum natura. (We also have a fresh restock of this yarn in the store this week)!

L’heure Bleue by de rerum natura is a medium indigo blue that is available in Ulysse and Gilliatt, as of this season! This small ecologically-friendly yarn company from the south of France creates transparently produced, ethically sourced yarns with a minimal ecological footprint. White and black wool from French Merino d’Arles and Portuguese Petra Merino sheep is blended and spun semi-woolen to create wonderfully lofty yarns in beautiful heathered hues – seen beautifully in this blue colorway.
