Di Gilpin first caught Danielle’s eye at EYF this past March. She had been on the hunt for a soft, sticky (ie NOT machine wash) sport weight yarn to round out our offerings and the gorgeous colors caught her eye so she stepped into their booth and was greeted by their wonderful team. Upon chatting with them further she knew this is exactly what she had been searching for.

Di Gilpin is a truly unique yarn company because they not only produce yarn but are “croft to couture”. They employ 90 highly-skilled home-knitters based across Scotland. They have a core team, who live within a 15-mile radius, to create the one-off pieces and special commissions desired by private clients, fashion designers and the catwalk. Some of their big name clients include Nike and Topshop Unique.
