Founders Gwen Whiting and Lindsey Boyd met while in the Fiber Science, Textile and Apparel Management and Design program at Cornell, and embarked on careers in the fashion industry. Since 2002 Gwen and Lindsey have been researching and perfecting their own line of high quality, all-natural and non-toxic laundry products. Cedar essentials oils provide a delicate fragrance to the Wool and Cashmere Shampoo, making this cleanser a natural moth-repellent. Formulated for wool and cashmere, these cleaners are formulated to take care of natural animal fibers, lifting dirt while preserving natural lanolin oils and keeping your garments soft. Just two capfuls are all you need for most garments, but you can use the shampoo with your washing machine’s delicate cycle. Use the Wool and Cashmere Spray to freshen your garments between washes. Like the shampoo, the spray uses cedar to keep moths off your clothes, but is a non-toxic freshening spray for blankets, sweaters, and hats, or any other woolens in your closet.
