This weekend we host designer Olga Buraya-Kefelian for a special two session workshop on the brioche and tuck stitches. The workshop is designed around her Juko Cowl (available on Ravelry). We love this design for its ability to show off the gorgeous texture and colors of the mYak yarn. AND it comes in two versions – 1 or 2 color. We put together some color pairings of mYak for those who want to experiment with the two color brioche in this pattern. There are still spots in the Saturday class, if you have some brioche experience and want to take it to the next level! (Saturday, February 17 & 24, 2-4 pm)
mYak Medium is 125 yards of worsted weight baby yak. This yarn is spun in Italy from the soft undercoat of baby yaks, which is sourced directly from cooperatives of nomadic herders in Tibet. $27 per skein.
