Tools and goodies
We’ve got a brand new orange wristruler in stock! These leather wrist rulers are both jewelry and functional tape measures. Our custom color is a nice orange. We have them available in 15″, 16″ and 17.” $22 each
The wood tools seen here were made for us by Retromantic. The fun rocket needle gauge ($8) and ruler needle gauge ($8.50) will help you identify the size of needle you have. Our swatch measure is perfect for counting the number of stitches over 4″ in your swatch and also includes a needle gauge ($13).
Custom yarn colors
We now have several custom colorways from our favorite hand dyers – all of which are limited to just our shop! King Street and Ziggy Stardust are creations of local dyer Neighborhood Fiber Co. King Street is a bright rich red, in honor of the former location on King. Ziggy Stardust is the fun teal from our logo with speckles or red and purple on top. We have both colorways in Worsted, DK and Fingering.
The Royal Mile was created for us by Spincycle, in honor of our recent move. It is in Dyed in the Wool (200 yards of sportweight, $32). The colors are inspired by our logo and fibre girl herself, but the name itself has significant meaning. The Spincycle mill is located on Queen Street in Bellingham, Washington, while we’re moving from King Street to Prince Street. With all of those royal figures in play, the royal distinction was certainly fitting. The mile addition comes from the limited run of this yarn. Each skein is 200 yards, and with this colorway limited to just 100 skeins, that math works out to just over ten miles of yarn!
Flatiron is an amazing ombre of our logo colors created by Freia Handpaints. We have it in her Super Bulky (100% wool, 87 yards and $35). One skein will make a cute cowl or a fun hat with pom pom!
And lastly, we have two new colorways that we’ve added to the popular Manos del Uruguay Maxima (218 yards of Merino worsted weight, $17) and Alegria (75% superwash merino, 25% nylon, 445 yards fingering weight). It was a ton of fun to work with Manos on these colorways! They had the coop dye up a few samples for us to choose from. We settled on this teal, red and brown version that pulls from our logo and the colors in our shop.
