If you feel like you sock knitting skills aren’t quite up to snuff or are just interested in expanding your sock skill set, check out our Sock Knitting Workshop on Saturday, October 14th from 1-5pm with Holly. This workshop covers techniques for starting and finishing both top-down and toe-up socks, as well a variety of heels and how to substitute them into your favorite patterns.
The majority of our Wool Immersion weekend is sold out, but a few workshops still have a handful of open spaces. Choose Your Own Arrangement – Cabled Hat with Norah Gaughan have openings on Sunday, November 12th from 9am-noon and 2-5pm. Double Brioche Hat with Olga Buraya-Kefelian has open slots also on Sunday, November 12th from 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm. These workshops are a great opportunity to be part of the retreat and take classes from some fabulous designers.

Learn the basics of Fair Isle knitting in the Fair Isle Hat – Intro to Fair Isle class starting on Wednesday, October 11th. You’ll learn colorwork techniques, how to read a chart and how to do hat decreases while making your own cute accessory for the cooler weather ahead. $65.
Learn to knit Fair Isle while experimenting with color in the Fair Isle Fingerless Mitts class starting on Wednesday, October 11th. These mitts are a quick project that really allow your creative energy to go wild. $65.
The Entrelac Scarf – Purling Backwards course is a great intro to the technique of purling backwards (sure to speed up your knitting) all while learning the unique art of entrelac. This course begins on Sunday, October 15th and you have the option of knitting a scarf or wrap. $65.
Winter is coming, so be ready with a pair of snuggly mittens. Learn how to work in the round using double points while mastering mitten shaping in the Introduction to Mittens course beginning on Sunday, October 15th. $80.
The Jimi Shawl class starting on Sunday, October 15th is a great beginner shawl class with the designer, Dee O’Keefe. Learn a variety of useful techniques, including increases, basic lace and striping. $65.
Learn top down sweater construction and basic lace in the Lace Baby Sweater course. Class begins on Monday, October 16th and you’ll create a classic baby sweater that will boost your entire knitting skillset. $80.
Learn basic crochet garment construction while making a stylish child’s pullover in the Children’s Crochet Pullover class starting on Thursday, October 19th. You’re little one is sure to love this top and you’ll greatly add to your crochet skillset. $65.
