Exploration Station is perfect for the Sock base. Having knit one of these myself out of this yarn, I can attest that they are a winning combination. This shawl calls for 4 colors and if you’re having trouble narrowing down the options, start with one or two speckled colorways and pick coordinating solids from there.
The Westknits Mystery Shawl 2016 – Building Blocks begins this Friday and is perfect for Skinny Singles. This pattern also calls for one skein each of 4 colors, but the rest is a complete mystery!
