Project of the week: the Rain Outside

Project of the week: the Rain Outside

I stumbled across this pattern this AM on the Ravelry “what’s hot” list, and it may just get me knitting again. I’ve been in a slump the last couple of weeks. The pattern is the Rain Outside by Sylvia Bo Bilvia. It uses a combination of lace, short rows and garter stitch to create a stunning piece – large enough to wrap yourself up on a cool winter day. It uses three total skeins of Sweet Fiber Merino Twist DK, which arrived recently to the shop.

Our recommended yarn

Sweet Fiber Merino Twist DK, as the pattern calls for! 260 yards (238 meters) per 115 gram skein. 100% superwash Merino. $26

Some color pairings for you
