New Arrivals
The Fibre Co.’s Terra is back in the shop and better than ever. This new batch of Terra has twice the yardage per skein than it used to, and in celebration we’re hosting a sweater knitalong (more below). Learn more about one of our favorite yarns on the blog!
We’ve got a brand new yarn from Elemental Affects. This 100% Cormo sport weight has fantastic stitch definition and will lend itself to sweater knitting in a heartbeat. Learn more and read our interview with the maker behind this new line here!
Events
Join our fall sweater knitalong! With the cooler air starting to show up, we are ready for sweaters. In honor of our recent delivery of the Fibre Co Terra, we are hosting a sweater knitalong from now through November 19th. For this knitalong, we’ve chosen three sweater patterns. All of the sweaters are done in one piece (no seaming!) and you have options for a cardigan or pullover. Complete your sweater by November 19 and be entered to win a $50 gift card. Bring your dog out to the boutiques of Old Town and participate in the 4th Annual Doggie Trick or Treat event is this Sunday, October 25. Stop by the Dog Park at 705 King Street to pick up your goody-bag and a Trick or Treat Old Town store map. There will also be a costume contest where the group and individual winner will each win a prize
