The Patterns
The sweaters in this collection are gorgeous and any one of them would be a real treat to knit and wear. One of my personal favorites is Teegan, a gorgeous sweater with a great stitch pattern along the front and back as well as down the sleeves.

Or knit Hawkes, a fun and fashionable twist on a ribbed sweater.

Now, I’ll admit it: I like legwarmers and I’m convinced that a pair of Tilly legwarmers in Knightsbridge would look amazing with a pair of boots or ballet flats!

Hats are always a good thing in my opinion. They are one of the few things that we can knit that is practical for outdoor wear but still perfectly acceptable and even adorable when inside. I’m thinking Royston would gorgeous inside and out plus, if knitting cables and bobbles is new for you, we can even give you some help with our Cable and Bobble Hat class this fall.

If cardigans are more you style, Maeve is a shrug-style cardigan with a beautiful cable pattern along the collar.

Fall in Virginia is a toss-up: the temperature is always a question and most of the way through September and October, all you need is something light to layer with. Humphrey, a classic vest, would be perfect to throw over any outfit and it’s long length keeps the look modern and interesting.
