We’ve gotten a few questions so we wanted to answer them here:
What can you donate? New, unworn, handmade items. We can’t accept previously worn hand stitched items, so please make sure your items are unworn and handmade.
Can you mail us donations? Unfortunately, our small shop doesn’t have the capacity to process mailed donations. If you aren’t local or can’t stop by the shop to drop off your donations we encourage you to find an organization in your community who can accept handmade items and distribute them to someone who could use them.
Is there a deadline? Nope! This is an ongoing thing we are partnering with KTR & SMYAL to do. The Yarnistas are happy to accept your donations in the shop anytime you can bring them by.

Just Landed! Wooldreamers La Rinconada is here! When I saw the story behind this yarn and how it is sourced, I knew we had to have it in the shop. This Spanish ecological Merino yarn is 100% traceable back to the Spanish farms where it is grown. This yarn is the product of rancher Maria Pia Sanchez, whose mission is to maintain the health of her land through reforestation, organic farming and compassionate ranching.
Because Maria’s nomadic flock of sheep is both black and white Merino sheep, this yarn line is an incredible blend of light and dark Merino to create a natural gradient of colors and 21 total colors from organic dyes.
