Chain for 8 inches, then join MC Medallion using a sl st. sl st around half of the Medallion (9 sl st). Chain for 8 inches, and join the second CC Medallion in the same manner as the first. Chain for 8 inches, join the chain to the edge of the second Large Motif, and fasten off.
For each subsequent section, you will only need 2 CC Medallions, 1 MC Medallion, and 1 Large Motif. To join them, treat the second Large Motif on the first section as the first Large Motif, and continue as above. Continue adding sections until the garland is long enough for your tree.
Weave in ends, block as necessary, put on tree!
