The third Thursday Knit-a-Gogo Knitalong is happening this week! Join  me Thursday night at Buzz Bakery after work until 9 pm or so for knitting, noshing and what not. The theme this month is “things you are proud of” so bring out your most favorite recent yarn purchase or a project that you just completed and are super excited about.

Saturday is the third annual Stitch n Pitch. It is being held at Nationals ballpark at 7:05 pm. I am headed there to see the area knitters…and I don’t even like baseball, so none of you have an excuse! Join me for the game this weekend! We can have an official Knit-a-Gogo groupie meet up if folks want to find each other. I don’t remember ever sitting in the seats last year. I think I spent the entire time at the demo table. But we can certainly buy a block of tickets. Anyone want one with me?
