This week is “First Thursday,” Del Ray‘s neighborhood festival that features our local businesses. As usual, you can find me in front of St. Elmo’s Coffee Pub trying to convert the masses to knitting. If you need some knitting help or just want to hang out with me in the scorching heat for hours, do stop by!
I should also be at the Knit Happens “Late Night” this week. Every Wednesday night the shop is open until 9 p.m. and crazy knitters gather with bottles of wine and wonderful munchies to eat, drink, knit and be merry (or just loud). So stop by and visit me / us! If you don’t know anyone, just introduce yourself. It is quite a friendly group.
