We have a nicely restocked wall of Neighborhood Fiber Co Studio Sock for this project. All of her colors are bright and saturated – the perfect color spectrum for a summer shawl.
Sizing:
80” (2m) along the wingspan of the shawl, 20” (50cm) deep at the deepest point
Materials:
- US #6 (4 mm) circular needles – 32″ or longer is probably better, given the size of the shawl
- 2 skeins of Neighborhood Fiber Co Studio Sock (400 yards / 4 oz, 100% superwash Merino)
Gauge: 24 stitches and 24 rows = 4” (10cm) square knit flat in garter stitch and blocked.
