SUMMARY:Mosaic Clinic
DESCRIPTION:If you want to dive into the world of colorwork but don’t know where to start\, then mosaic knitting is for you! In this class\, you will learn how something as simple as slipping stitches can create beautiful designs. We’ll discuss reading a mosaic chart\, fixing mistakes\, reading your knitting\, and a little color theory. Choose from four patterns ranging from adventurous beginner to advanced\, and let’s play with color! \nTwo 2-hour sessions meeting weekly on same day of the week \nFor each pattern\, be sure to choose colors with high contrast. This will make learning the skill much easier! We recommend choosing at least one color to be solid or semi-solid. This could be either your Main Color or your Contrast Color! However\, if both your colors are variegated\, things will get muddy\, and it will be harder to read your knitting. If you are unsure if your colors have enough contrast\, take a photo of them together in black and white; if there is enough contrast\, one will appear much darker. You can also stop by the shop\, and someone will be able to help you out.  \n  \nBeginner: Issa Cowl\n© Spincycle Yarns 2017\nSkills needed:\n\nKnitting and purling in the round\n\nMaterials:\n\nSport weight yarn in the following amounts.
