Peerie is a worsted-spun, fingering-weight Merino yarn, entirely sourced and spun in the US. The wool is sourced from Merino sheep in the western ranges of the United States. Merino sheep are known for their fine and dense fleeces and Peerie is an amazing 20.5 microns. Peerie is smooth, strong, and full of lively bounce.
The yarn is worsted-spun in Springvale, Maine at Jagger Brothers and dyed in Saco, Maine at Maine Dye & Textiles.
