With the abundance of Jill Draper Hudson available at the shop right now (thanks to her trunk show over the weekend!), I thought it would be a good time to feature the Tenchi cowl! This design is from the Winter 2015 Issue of Amirisu magazine, but can be downloaded from Ravelry. It is worked from the bottom up with simple shaping created by changing the needle size. It also features a tubular cast on.
A clever snood design using an application of brioche rib stitch. A simple stitch pattern in two contrasting colors creates a beautiful fabric, which makes the snood reversible…Choose a round, springy yarn in high contrasting colors for maximum effect. It’s perfect for a winter gift.
Did you catch that last part? It’s time to start thinking about holiday gifts already! If you have 6 or 7 folks to stitch for, that is ONE project every month from now until December! Ack!
