“Organic” and “bargain” aren’t usually used in the same sentence. But the latest yarn to hit space, BC Garn, which hails from Denmark, actually can claim both of those terms.
BC Garn, as a yarn company, features only luxurious all-natural fibres. The three bases we’re carrying — two weights of 100% organic wool and one 100% organic cotton — all are produced and dyed in an environmentally sustainable way. And, here comes the “bargain” part: While the overall price per yard is really good, the shorter put-up (but not too short) allows you to purchase small quantities for colorwork or get closer to the actual amount you need for a larger project, without overbuying.
Here are the details on the three bases, followed by a few project ideas for each!
