*Gauge: 18 sts and 23 rows = 4″ in stockinette stitch, using largest needle
You must purchase your yarn and complete an accurate gauge swatch before arriving to class. The swatch should be blocked. To prepare a gauge swatch: CO 26 sts and knit 4 rows. Then repeat the following two rows for four inches – Row 1: Knit. Row 2: K2, P22, K2. After these rows have been worked for 4″, knit 4 rows and bind off. Block swatch by soaking in water and laying flat to dry. Measure across stockinette stitch section to count number of stitches over 4 inches. If you need help checking your swatch, please call or stop by the store.
