If you haven’t already marked it on your calendars, do it now! Crafty Bastards is this Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. I will be in booth number 1 by the north entrance to the Marie Reed Learning Center (18th street near Wyoming) in Adams Morgan.
What is it?
Well, going on its fifth year, I think, this festival has grown huge! They are expecting over 25,000 folks to come out to view and purchase awesome handmade goods from local crafters. Check these vendors out on the Crafty Bastards blog or in the vendor gallery and use the festival map to plan your shopping.
The first 5,000 folks to arrive get a free Crafty Bastards tote bag with lots of “stuff” so come early!
And as if lots of crafty wonderfulness wasn’t enough, there is also a B-Boy Battle and live performances all day.
